This document sets out the rules for using the 80wim platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms described here. To use 80wim's services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required registration details include your full legal name as shown on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a secure password. 80wim may request additional information at any time as part of the verification process.
Each user may hold only one account on 80wim. Duplicate accounts linked to the same CPF, the same residential IP address or the same device will be identified and closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited if there is evidence of use to circumvent bonus restrictions or platform rules.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) secure. Never share your password with anyone — including anyone claiming to be part of the 80wim team. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately via live chat or email at contato@80wim.best.
80wim may require identity verification at any time, especially before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. Accepted documents are a national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), or valid passport. Verification is typically completed in under an hour during business hours. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals suspended until the process is complete.
The identity verification process is required by anti-money laundering and data protection regulations — not just an internal 80wim policy.
To create and maintain an active account on 80wim, you must meet the following mandatory requirements:
80wim reserves the right to verify compliance with these requirements at any time and to close accounts of users who do not meet the eligibility conditions, regardless of when the violation occurred.
Please note: Use of the platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. 80wim applies age verification at registration and may request additional documentation at any time. If an underage user is identified, the account will be closed immediately and the balance will not be refunded.
80wim accepts the following deposit methods, all exclusively available in Brazil:
The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no standard maximum per deposit, but users can set personalized limits as a responsible gambling tool in the account dashboard. Unusually large deposits may be subject to additional verification under anti-fraud policies.
All payment methods used for deposits must be solely owned by the registered user. Depositing via third-party bank accounts, cards or Pix keys is not permitted. 80wim may request proof of ownership at any time.
80wim does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by financial institutions are the user's responsibility.
Pix withdrawals are processed in up to 60 seconds for verified accounts. TED withdrawals are processed within 1 business day. 80wim does not process withdrawals to payment methods other than the one used for the deposit, except in exceptional circumstances approved by the finance team.
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. To make your first withdrawal, your account must have completed identity verification (KYC). Once registration is approved, there is no minimum waiting period between a deposit and a withdrawal of real balance, except in cases of suspected fraud or irregularity.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. To convert bonus balance into real withdrawable balance, you must meet the wagering requirement (rollover) specified in the offer that generated the bonus. The standard 80wim rollover is 10x the bonus amount received, wagered on markets with minimum odds of 1.60, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
80wim may temporarily hold a withdrawal in cases of suspected irregular activity, pending identity verification, an ongoing fraud investigation, or a request from competent authorities. The user will be notified of the hold and the reasons for it, to the extent permitted by law.
80wim offers Sports Betting on football (Copa do Brasil, Brasileirão Série A, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Campeonato Paulista, and other state leagues), basketball (NBB), volleyball, MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and more. Market availability may vary depending on the competition, stage, and proximity of the event.
Live betting is available during ongoing matches, with odds updated in real time. 80wim reserves the right to suspend live markets at any point during an event, particularly in cases of technical instability, exceptional on-field occurrences or situations that could compromise the integrity of the odds.
If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 36 hours, or permanently interrupted before a result is determined, all bets on that event will be fully refunded to the account balance. If an event is suspended and resumed within 36 hours, the original bets remain valid. For accumulator bets, the selection for the cancelled event is removed and the total odds are recalculated.
In the event of an obvious pricing error on any odds (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error), 80wim reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those incorrect odds and refund the staked amounts. The definition of "obvious error" takes into account the significant gap between the published odds and the market odds available on other platforms at the same time.
The cashout feature lets you settle a bet before the final result, receiving an amount proportional to the current probability of success. Cashout may not be available for all bets, at all points during an event, or under conditions of technical instability. The cashout value is calculated automatically and may be accepted or declined by the user. 80wim is not responsible for variations in the cashout value caused by connection delays.
80wim offers slots from a wide range of developers, a Live Casino with real dealers (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows), crash games (Aviator, Spaceman and others), virtual table games and progressive Jackpots. The catalogue is regularly updated with new titles.
All virtual casino games on 80wim use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent auditors, ensuring that results are random and cannot be manipulated by the platform or the user. The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each game is available in the game's description.
Live Casino games are streamed from professional studios with live dealers. The specific rules for each game are displayed in the interface during play. If a technical failure interrupts an ongoing live game, the current round may be voided and the staked amount refunded.
Jackpot prizes are built from a percentage of every bet placed on participating games. The amount displayed in the interface is updated in real time. In the event of a technical discrepancy in the displayed value, the actual amount recorded on 80wim's servers prevails.
All 80wim bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms of each offer, which take precedence over the general conditions in this document in the event of a conflict. The specific terms for each promotion are available on the corresponding offer page.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the standard rollover for 80wim bonuses is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount received. The rollover must be completed on bets with minimum odds of 1.60. Bets on markets with odds below 1.60 do not count toward the rollover. Voided bets, bets with cashout activated, and bets on casino games with an RTP above 97% may also not contribute to the rollover, as specified in each promotion.
Bonuses have an expiry period starting from the date they are granted. Unused bonuses and any related winnings that are not used within the expiry period are cancelled automatically. The standard period is 7 calendar days, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
Using hedging techniques (betting on opposing outcomes to guarantee profit regardless of the result), multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, or any practice that constitutes abuse of 80wim promotions will result in cancellation of the bonuses and associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.
The 80wim VIP Program has specific terms available on the VIP Program. Weekly cashback rewards and boosted odds follow the rules of the corresponding VIP level.
The following are strictly prohibited on 80wim:
Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets and pending withdrawals, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities when required by law.
You can request account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closing, make sure to withdraw all available real balance, as balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold or unconverted bonus balances will be cancelled. Voluntary account closure does not entitle you to a refund of accumulated losses.
80wim may close or suspend an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of violation of these Terms, confirmed fraudulent activity, request by regulatory or judicial authorities, or extended inactivity exceeding 24 months. In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, balances may be held during the investigation period.
Self-exclusion is a Responsible Gambling tool that allows users to temporarily or permanently block access to the platform. Temporary self-exclusion can last 30, 60, or 90 days. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable. During the self-exclusion period, 80wim commits to sending no promotional communications to the user.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For dispute resolution, the courts of the district of São Paulo, SP, are hereby elected as the exclusive jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged.
80wim is not liable for losses arising from bets placed on the platform, service interruptions caused by factors beyond the company's reasonable control (including third-party infrastructure failures, external cyberattacks, or force majeure events), or betting decisions made based on third-party information.
